The MagicDichol® and Agoohealp® Affiliate Program

Purpose

The MagicDichol® and Agoohealp® Affiliate Program is designed to reward you for introducing new customers to our products. It’s not intended to provide you with personal discounts. Rather, it offers an opportunity to earn income through referrals. Some Affiliates earn thousands of dollars monthly, and you can too!

How it works

1-Eligibility:

To become an Affiliate, you must be an existing customer (unless applying for the DPE products on the Agoohealp stores, in which case, email [email protected])

 

2-Sign-Up Process:

  • Log in to your MagicDichol store account.

  • Click on “My Account” at the top right corner, then select the “Affiliate Program” link and follow the instructions.

  • You will receive a unique Affiliate link to your email (e.g., https://magicdichol.com/store/distribute?aff_id=xxxx).

 

3-Sharing Your Link:

Share your link via email, text, or by placing it on your website. When someone clicks on your link, they’ll be directed to this page. From here, they can learn more about our products or register an account on their chosen store.

 

4-Affiliate Link Tracking:

Your Affiliate link remains active as users browse and shop. Once someone registers using your link on a specific store, they’ll be linked to you for all future purchases from that store. This means that they do not need to use your Affiliate link again, unless they are going to a new store. Again, once an individual has registered on a store using your link, their connection to you as an Affiliate is permanent.

Affiliate Comissions

  • Level 1: You earn a 10% commission on purchases made by your direct referrals.
  • Level 2: You earn a 2% commission on purchases made by those referred by your network. This means that if you have a network of people who will also bring people, you will receive a return on them as well.

Payouts

  • Payments are made on the 15th of each month when your unpaid earnings reach $100 or more.
  • Preferred payment is via PayPal, but we can also deposit funds directly into your bank account. No PayPal fees apply unless you are a US business.

Tracking Your Sales

  • Log into the store and click “My Account” and then “Affiliate program.” Here, you can view your Affiliate link, payment history, and pending commissions.

Handling Referral Errors

If one of your referrals registers incorrectly, email [email protected], and we will assist where possible.  Please ensure that your referrals correctly use your Affiliate link.

Ethics and Removal

We reserve the right to remove you as an Affiliate for any behavior we consider unethical or in conflict with the spirit and intent of this Affiliate Plan. Registering yourself or a partner using your Affiliate link or any other unethical behavior may result in your removal from the program without notice.

To promote MagicDichol®, focus on our key products: NANO SOMA® Liquid, the NANO SOMA® Topical Gel, and the NANO SOMA® Skin Cream.

Legal Compliance

MagicDichol® LLC and Fairtrax Pty Ltd, and all its present and future subsidiary companies, do not support or endorse any claims about any of the Metadichol®-based products that would be in violation of any rules or regulations to which they must comply. These include but are not limited to drug claims, medical advice, or incorrect or outdated claims. 

 

Those who violate such regulations are solely responsible for such claims and any consequent legal action, and it is the responsibility of the Affiliate to ensure their information is accurate and in compliance with the necessary regulations. MagicDichol reserves the right to suspend or terminate the Affiliate Agreement with no notice if this policy is violated.

 

Affiliates who use websites, media, or any other platform, both online or otherwise, for any purpose including but not limited to promoting, selling, or educating about any or all of the Metadichol-based products are responsible for using current product art and content. Outdated art and/or content may lead to their Affiliate link being disabled. Again, it is the responsibility of the Affiliate to ensure their content is accurate and current.

 

If the Affiliate Agreement is suspended or terminated, the Affiliate must immediately cease and desist use of any MagicDichol content including but not limited to: graphics, artwork, photographs, copy, logos, and testimonials. All previous permissions and/or agreements for such use, stated or implied, are revoked with immediate effect.
